A t-stop technique is an alternative to using the heel brake to stop on inline skates. Skaters that don't have heel brakes on their skates use the t-stop often. Skaters who have heel brakes also enjoy doing t-stops.
How to Do a T-Stop
- Glide forward.
Bend the knee of one leg. - Drag the other leg's skate behind.
The dragging boot should almost touch the ground. - Keep the weight forward.
Come to a complete stop.
Happy Skating!
